This world we are entering into NEEDS YOU. It needs you being a confident, fully embodied within her femininity LEADER to show by example what it means to live happily, authentically and with joy within her truth. 

THAT's what the GFC is all about. 

Each week, I'll upload a new instructional dance (mostly salsa and bachata plus some surprises!) video covering both the dance steps, techniques & styling plus the embodiment ideas (what you're trying to capture, express and be when you dance).


What makes GFC unique from any other dance membership you'll come across though is this. Each month, I'm going to share with you a download from my years of experience in wellness, holistic beauty and transformation - a new edition of the GFC "Aligned Life Hacks" Essentials Manual.

This is an empowerment and personal development workbook with a different theme each month, covering mind, body and spirit techniques and practices for grabbing hold of life and making it what you want.

Over the years, I've learned a TON! It's the only reason I'm still around. I learned how to pull myself out of dangerous suicidal lows, turning my mental state completely around after a suicide attempt and reconnecting with the truth that life is worth living and can actually feel worth it too. 

So this is what I'm inviting you into. I'm inviting you into a space where we take this journey of continued empowerment together!

A few of my solo performances over the years :-). Now I’m not expecting you to be shimmying and sashaying like I am in these videos after 5 days, lol BUT do know that you’ll be feeling so much more free and so much more comfortable in your body! Who knows, you might just find yourself sashaying with a lot more sway than you thought possible ;-)! Let’s find out!
